Coordinator ENGLISH
As the coordinator of one of the English Telephone Circles, you are the point of contact for the participants in 'your' circle. You are available by phone every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and identify gaps in the circle. If a participant is not answering the phone, you will take appropriate action.
You are stress-resistant and assertive, have good communication skills, and can assess situations effectively.
You preferably also speak Spanish.
Of course, you can always contact the general coordinator for support.

You are stress-resistant and assertive, have good communication skills, and can assess situations effectively.
Preferably, you also speak English and/or Dutch.

Como coordinador de uno de los Círculos Telefónicos en Español, eres el punto de contacto para los participantes de tu círculo. Estás disponible por teléfono todos los días de 9:00 a 11:00 h e identificas las deficiencias del círculo. Si un participante informa que no contesta el teléfono, tomarás las medidas pertinentes.
Eres resistente al estrés y asertivo, tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación y puedes evaluar las situaciones con eficacia.
Preferiblemente, también hablas inglés o holandés.
Por supuesto, siempre puedes contactar con el coordinador general para obtener ayuda.
